When talking with clients, one of the biggest problems they face is figuring out a way to control truck wash/chemical usage and be able to TRACK the cost of their truck wash. Everyone knows unless you have a dedicated person at the truck wash station monitoring every driver that comes through, it’s virtually impossible to control. After hearing these concerns, we at Synpro have done a lot of research to find a way to help our clients with this challenge.
We are very excited to offer our clients a revolutionary new chemical dispensing system that allows you to control your chemicals!!! This game-changer will control your chemical wash output PER DRIVER on a weekly basis. We are confident this new system will finally help you lower your chemical costs because you now have the ability to control how much chemical is used daily and weekly per driver.
With this new system, each driver is given an access key fob, which all they have to do is swipe the fob over the sensor on the control panel to turn the system on, and YOU get to predetermine how many washes they get each week AND how long the system stays on for each wash. The system then resets itself every weekend.
You FINALLY get to control (per driver) the duration of their truck wash AND how much product is used.
For example, you can program this system so that each driver gets 3 washes per week and 5 minutes for each wash. If the driver chooses to use their 3 washes the first three days of the week, they would then have to wait until the following week. You are also able to program how long the system stay on for the driver for each wash.
This system only monitors the “wash cycle”, but still has water access, so the drivers can continue to rinse their truck from the system instead of taking water from the truck. Pretty cool, right?!
We are also in the process of creating an added feature that will provide you with a detailed report on each drivers usage.
We are extremely excited about this new system to offer our Ready Mix suppliers as it will help you control your chemical costs and have a more efficiently run system when it comes to the drivers and the cleaning of their trucks.
